Velante Return & Exchange Policy

Exchanges for Faulty Items Only

Velante accepts exchanges only for faulty or damaged items.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A short description of the problem

Our team will review your claim and confirm if an exchange is approved.

No Returns or Exchanges for Sizing or Preference

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size
  • Wrong fit
  • Change of mind
  • Color preference
  • Any reason other than a verified defect
  • Please check the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order.

Color Variation Notice

Due to studio lighting, editing, and individual device screens, slight color differences may occur between product photos and the real item.
These variations are normal and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

No Refunds
